Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and health services are the resources and personnel that support healthcare.it is a state of complete well-being, not just the absence of disease.. it is also  right of every human being. The services among others include the resources, facilities, and personnel that support healthcare. This includes investments to improve medical facilities and professionals.

Energy in a bond does differ from other ways energy is used. Here energy supply refers to a system that meets the demand for heating, cooking, and productive use. Energy supply services are a broad category of services that include energy management, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and energy supply. Is an emblematic term in humanitarian response actions, closely related to dignity, safety and rights of people affected by disasters and armed conflicts.  For humanitarian organizations like OSD such as general protection consists of specific actions to overcome and prevent the exposure of people to physical and/or psychological harm that results from situations of violence or crisis. In short it is guaranteeing respect for the rights of each individual, access to legal assistance and overcoming the consequences of suffered abuse.

Humanitarian emergencies can be caused by natural disasters, such as earthquakes or droughts, or human-made disasters, such as war, terrorism, or industrial accidents. Humanitarian emergencies can lead to human rights concerns. In this regard, protecting human rights will be a key part of humanitarian action.
